These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dasari.ai and the applications and services operated by dasari.ai ("dasari.ai", "we", "us") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Using the Services
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and follow all applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or try to gain unauthorized access to them.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
- Send spam or upload malware.
Third-party accounts and services
Some features connect to third-party services such as Google. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time. How we handle data from connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.
Client projects
Websites, applications, and other work we build for clients are governed by the separate proposal or agreement for that project. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls.
Intellectual property
dasari.ai and its licensors own the Services and their content, branding, and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You keep ownership of any content you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the Services for you.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Features that use AI may produce inaccurate output; review it before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dasari.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dasari.ai from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to in order to protect the Services or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which dasari.ai is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
